The room is a 28 square metres and has a small balcony. There is also a large shared kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The room is fully furnished.
Die Altbauwohnung ist in Schöneberg und liegt nur 5 Minute zu Fuß zur S-Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1) und zum S-Südkreuz (S 41, S 42, S 25, S 2, Regionalbahn und Fernverkehr) entfernt. Der U-Kleistpark (Uz) ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks gibt es jede Menge in der Nähe.
The flat is in Schöneberg and only a 5-minute walk to Julius-Leber-Brücke S-Bahn station (S1) and to Südkreuz S-Bahn station (S 41, S 42, S 25, S 2 and trains). You just need around 10 minutes walk to the subway station U Kleistpark (U7). There are plenty of shopping facilities and parks nearby.
Ich bin Sozialarbeiter*in und arbeite in der akzeptierenden, niedrigschwilligen Drogenberatung. Kochen ist leider nicht meine Leidenschaft, doch für gemeinsame Kochabende bin ich immer zu haben. Ich wünsche mir keine Party-WG, in der man aber auch bei gemeinsamen Wein und Bier die Zeit vergessen kann. Putzen sollte für dich kein Fremndwort sein. Zusammenleben bedeutet für mich, ein gleichberechtigter und solidarischer Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu sein. Der Irrglaube einer ausschließlichen Existenz der Heteronormativität, Sexismus, Ableismus, Adultismus, Ageismus, Lookism, Rassismus, Klassismus und jegliche Formen der Diskriminierung haben in dieser Wohnung keinen Platz.
I'm a social worker and work in accepting, low-level drug counselling. Cooking is unfortunately not my passion, but I'm always up for cooking evenings together. I'm not looking for a party flat but i love to forget the time while drinking wine and beer together. Cleaning shouldn´t be something new for you. Living together means for me to be an equal part in a solidarity way. The misconception of an exclusive existence of heteronormativity, sexism, ableism, adultism, ageism, lookism, racism, classism and all forms of discrimination have no place in this flat.
