Das Zimmer ist schön und komfortabel. Da ich Berlin verlassen muss, suche ich jemanden wer mein Platz nehmen kann. In dem Zimmer gibt es ein grosses Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Doppelbett, ein Teppich, ein Kleidungsschrank, und 3 Bücherregale. Die Küche und WC sind natürlich gemeinsam benutzt.
!!!Wichtig!!! Ich ziehe raus am 15. Mai, also ich bezahle halbe der Rent für Mai. Der Rest(247) wird die einzuziehende Person bezahlen für Mai. !!!! Die einzuziehende Person muss genug Deutsch können- muss natürlich nicht perfekt sein :)
++The room is beautiful and fully equipped. Gets a lot of sunshine, the window overlooking a beautiful garden which is commonly used. There is a working table, a double bed, a carpet, a big wardrobe and a few bookshelves. The WC and the kitchen is of course, commonly used.
İmportant: As I will move out on the 15 th of May, I will be paying half the rent for that month. The rest(247) will be payed by the new tenant for the first month. Then, you will start paying normally with the beginning of june. The person moving in should speak german, doesnt have to be perfect, just enough to communicate:)
Der WG ist zum Fuss 4 Minuten entfernt von der S+U Bahn Station Innsbrucker Platz,. Ansonsten gibt es Busshaltestellen in der Naehe. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,direkt unter dem S bahn Station gibt es ein Lidl. Ansonsten gibt es viele schöne Bars, und Restaurants in der Naehe.
++The Wg is in a beautiful neighbourhood, very close to the S and U Bahn Station Innsbruckerplatz. There are a few bus stations very close to the apartment. Directly on the S bahn Station Innsbrucker Platz there is a Lidl. There are a few smaller markets around the area and direclty near the street there is a Gas Station. Other than that there are nice bars and restaurants around. The famous jazz club ZigZag is in 1 minute walking distance.
Die Mitbewohnern sind beide jung, nett und sozial. Beide können Deutsch und Englisch. Eine spricht auch Spanisch. Jeder hat seiner Privatspherre, das muss natürlich respektiert werden. Ansonsten ist das Leben im WG einfach und bequem. Es gibtein Sauberkeitsstandart im Wg, aber wir sind nicht Cleaning Freaks.
Wir bevorzugen Frauen, und es ist eine Voraussetzung, dass sie die Deutsch sprechen können.
++Both guys are nice, social and easy going. They speak German and English, one of them-Rogelio- speaks Spanish too. The Wg Life is quite flexible and easy. We take turns on cleaning, there is a standart of cleanness in the Wg but we are not cleaning freaks. We prefer a woman to take the room, and the person must speak enough German( doesnt have to be perfect).
Wir werden eine Besichtigungstermin einsetzen innerhalb dieser Woche , spaetestens am freitag und samstag zwischen 12:00-15:00 Uhr. Schreib uns einfach ein bisschen über dich und schicke zu der Email Adresse . Wir werden so schnell wie möglich beantworten. Wir warten auf ihre Emails, bis bald!
