3 Zimmer-Männer-Single-(eher Zweck)-WG- Wohnung im 1. OG in einem saniertem Altbau in Schöneberg, Badezimmer mit Tageslichtfenster und Dusche.
Nur eine KLEINE Küche und Kochgelegenheit /
nur mit 2er Induktionsfeld, Heißluft-Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach.. ..ALSO nicht geeignet für Gerne- und Immer- und Viel-Kochende 😉
Wir sind eine Nichtraucher! und ruhige, eher Zweck- WG in der man sich gut versteht, aber jeder eher seine Privatsphäre hat(in der man sehr beschäftigt ist), also kein großes Miteinander wie gemeinsames Kochen oder Unternehmungen, usw
WICHTIG: das Zimmer mit ~18 qm wird an 1 Person vermietet und zu nutzen, also keine weitere Person zu Besuch!
Bitte mit Foto anschreiben!!! 😀... Man möchte ja gerne wissen mit wem man es zu tun hat 😀
Hier einige Fragen vorab (bitte im Anschreiben auch beantworten)
- wann möchtest Du einziehen?
- und bis wann soll Dein Mietzeitraum sein?
- brauchst Du eine Anmeldung?
- was machst Du beruflich?
- wie ist Deine tägliche Arbeitszeit?...wann gehst Du zur Arbeit?
- ob und wie lange arbeitest Du im Home-Office/ zu Hause..
- wie ist Dein Kochverhalten.... kochst Du oft,
viel und gerne oder eher seltener?
- was möchtest Du mitbringen?

No students, sorry!
3-room men-single (rather purpose)-WG- apartment on the 1st floor in a renovated old building in Schöneberg, bathroom with daylight window and shower.
Only a SMALL kitchen and cooking facilities only with 2-seater induction field, hot-air microwave, refrigerator without a freezer compartment... ..NOT suitable for people who like to cook and cook a lot 😉
We are non-smokers! and quiet, more purposeful flat share where you get along well, but everyone has their privacy (where you are very busy), so no big togetherness such as cooking together / activities, etc
IMPORTANT: the room with ~18 sqm is rented and used by 1 person, so no other person is visiting!
Please write with a photo!!! 😀... You would like to know who you are dealing with 😀
Here are a few questions in advance (please also answer in the cover letter)
- when do you want to move in?
- and until when should your rental period be?
- do you need a registration?
- what kind of job do you do?
- what are your daily working hours?...when do you go to work?
- whether and how long you work in the home office / at home..
- how is your cooking behavior.... do you cook often, a lot and gladly or rather less often?
- what would you like to bring?
