da Marie vom 15.09 - 31.12 nicht in Berlin sein wird, bietet sie ihr gemütliches Zimmer in Schöneberg/Kreuzberg an.
Es ist ein Altbau, 4m hohe Decken, lichtdurchflutet und mit Stuck, über das Fenster kommst du auch auf unseren sonnigen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über alles was du so brauchst :) Ich mache dir natürlich Platz für deine Sachen.Falls du Platz für deine Sachen brauchst, ist das kein Problem, die Wohnung ist groß und falls es von Nöten ist, kannst du gern auch etwas bei uns unterstellen. Wir haben auch ein Gäst_innenzimmer.

Since Marie will not be in Berlin from September 15th to December 31st, she is offering her cozy room in Schöneberg/Kreuzberg.
It is an old building, 4m high ceilings, flooded with light and with stucco, you can also access our sunny balcony through the window. The room is furnished and has everything you need :) Of course I'll make space for your things. If you need space for your things, that's no problem, the apartment is big and if you need it, you're welcome also impute something to us. We also have a guest room.
Die Bülowstr ist zwischen Kreuzberg und Schöneberg mit der U2, U1/U3 (Gleisdreieck) U7 (Yorckstr) und der S-Bahn (S1, S2/25) kommst du überall schnell hin :)
Direkt ums Eck ist ein schöner großer Park und du hast alle Einkaufsläden in unmittelbarere Laufnähe.
Bülowstr is between Kreuzberg and Schöneberg with the U2, U1/U3 (Gleisdreieck) U7 (Yorckstr) and the S-Bahn (S1, S2/25) you can get anywhere quickly :)
There is a nice big park right around the corner and you have all the shops within walking distance.
Du wohnst mit Mafdo, Maxi und Simon zusammen. Alle Lohnarbeiten & studieren und finden sicherlich gern Zeit für ein gemütliches Abendessen oder Feierabendgetränk oder mal einen Sekt auf Eis.
Maxi und Simon sind enge Freunde und haben immer ein offenes Ohr und sind für einige Späße zu haben.
Generell entwickelt sich das Miteinander aus euren Bedürfnissen heraus, wenn du Berufstätig bist und viel Ruhe brauchst ist das auch machbar, da die Wohnung sehr groß ist :)
Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer und ein Gäst_innenzimmer und sind mit ziemlich viel Wohnraum ausgestattet.
Das Essen teilen wir gern und sind überwiegend vegetarisch, einen Putzplan gibt es auch, und sogar einen kleinen Garten im Hinterhaus.
You live with Mafdo, Maxi and Simon. All contract work & study and certainly like to find time for a cozy dinner or after-work drink or even a champagne on ice.
Maxi and Simon are close friends and always have an open ear and are up for some jokes.
In general, the togetherness develops out of your needs, if you are employed and need a lot of rest, that is also feasible, since the apartment is very large :)
We have a living room and a guest room and are equipped with quite a bit of living space.
We like to share the food and are mostly vegetarian, there is also a cleaning plan, and even a small garden in the back building.
