The room is 18 m² and has window that overlooks the building’s courtyard. It is a little far from the others room, giving a little more privacy. The room’s ceiling is 3,5m high giving the feeling of a very spacius place.
I also have many beautiful plants and I am looking for someone who can take care of them. I would be happy also to leave you my guitar and ukulele if interested for the time living here. Please treat my plants and musical instrument with respect 🌱
The apartment is centrally located, in five minutes you can reach the U1 Kurfürstenstraße and therefore in just under a quarter of an hour you can reach Kotti or Görli. Edeka, REWE, drinks market and everything for everyday life can be reached in just a few minutes. Buses to the main train station and Alex leave almost right in front of the door and Nollendorfplatz is a 10-minute walk away. The zoo can be reached in 5 minutes, as can the park at Gleisdreieck. You can also get to the TU Berlin in 10 minutes by public transport or by bike.
We value tolerance, openness and authenticity. We have a large kitchen-living room (48m²) where we can invite friends, but we are not a “party shared apartment”. The area near the Tiergarten is beautifully located, fairly quiet and families also live in our building.
None of us has an obsession with cleanliness, but keeping the apartment clean and tidy is very important to us. Other than this, our wg-life is very relaxed, we like to do things together and often cook together, watch movies with the projector in the living room and playing board games. We also often have visitors and one of the greatest thing about our WG is that it is always welcoming towards friends.
I will temporarily leave the WG, therefore you would live with three other lovely roommates: Irene (2), Omar and Goran.

The house is available from the 22nd of December until the end of January - the rent is 435 per month all inclusive.
