The room is cozy and the window to the south, so very god for plants. There is a bed 1.60m, a big desk which is hight-adjustable, so you can work standing, too, a compfy wing chair, 2 book shelves, a drawer and a rail for clothes.
Our flat is in a small street, which is quiet at night. There is a bus stop right in front of the door and you can get to Spandau main station in 5 min. From there I can recommend taking the REs into the city, which takes you 15 min. But you can also take busses, S-Bahn and U-Bahn from there.
We have Penny, Rewe and Lidl close by (5 min) and you can even go late in the evening.
We are non-party people, rather having a cup of tea together in the evening. We only accept non-smokers and the flat is not really for parties. We sometimes have 1-2 people over for cooking or board-games. Now, that I am going abroad for half a year, I am looking for someone I can trust with my room and furniture, so please only apply for my room, if you are willing to take good care. We are rather calm people and go out for sports a lot, but as we both study Psychology/Biology, we are often at Uni.
