I am looking for a guy/girl to take over the main room of my flat for A COUPLE OF MONTHS - PROBABLY TILL END MARCH 2024.
The room, which is the biggest one in the house, (aprox 20m2) will be provided with all the furniture you probably need (bed 160x2m2, wardrobe, table, chair, TV etc..) - see pic. a
The house is an old house but has everything you would need to live ( washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooker..). . Besides the two rooms, there is a bathroom and a kitchen/living room.

It is important to bear in mind, that there is not S-banh station in the nearby you can reach in 5 minutes by walking, BUT you can reach the U-Bahn and S-banh of Spandau by walking (15 minutes) by bike (8 minutes) or by bus (5 minutes) - the bus station it is just a few meters away from our house-.
Besides that, you can take the bus X34 which leaves you in Zoologischer Garten in around 30 minutes.
So personally what I would do if I have to go to Friedrichstrasse I would go with the bus (6 minutes) to S-Spandau and take one of the regional trains (which are included in the S-bahn card) which leaves you in Friedrichstrasse in around 30 minutes.
The main advantage of this area is that you have plenty of shops for everything:
- Supermarkets ( Penny, nahkauf (rewe), netto, rossman) within 5 minutes walking.
- 3-4 kebats shops, chicken shops and pizza shops within 10 minutes walking.
- The big Arcade mall shop, 15 minutes away.
- A couple of Deutsche Post Filialen.
- Sparkasse bank.
- 3 Spätkaufs within 10 minutes.
- A big lake, you will be seeing from your room every morning!
And for all of those who are students, you will have a quite quiet room in which you can concentrate yourself!
The Nebenkosten includes Internet, Electricity and Gas and TV Fee (17€ per month).
