My name's Rita, I'm 24 and I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving out.
The room is quite spacious, yet cozy. There's a table, large wardrobe, sofa, bookshelves, small nightstand and rug.
You will have a beautiful view from a window, there's inner yard with small gardens of our neighbours.
The flat is located not very far from the S-Bahn station, about 7 minutes by bus (it takes 3 minutes to get to the bus stop) or 20 minutes on foot. Although Spandau is certainly not the city center, but the station is very well connected. You can get to Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes by regio-train.
Moreover, Altstadt Spandau is a very beautiful place to go for a walk or to get a cup of coffee - there are a lot of cafes there. There's also a shopping mall - Spandau Arcaden - near the station.
About supermarkets: Penny is 5 minutes away, Edeka and Lidl approx. 10.
Your flatmate will be Myriam - the sweetest and cutest person ever! She's 24 and also a student studying for a Master's degree in logistics. I think that she's the best flatmate a person can have - very kind, friendly and polite.
It's a shame to leave, because I enjoy being flatmates with her haha
We do not actually have a cleaning schedule, because we always try to maintain order:)
It is a quiet house and a quiet flat, so it would be great to find a person who also likes friendly, quiet atmopsphere. It doesn't mean tiptoeing all the time - just not to party at night and early in the morning haha
Warmmiete is 450 euro, all extra costs included.
