My 12m2 bedroom will be available for the 5 weeks I'll be abroad. It has a self-made bunk bed with a 1,40mx2,00m mattress on top. Below there is enough space to read, chill or do indoor sports. The room also has a desk (and a chair) with two monitors, perfect to work from home. The room also has an open storage unit with a rail on top for clothes. This unit will be emptied for the temporary tenant.
The room is part of a 65m2 2-bedroom apartment that has a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and nice kitchen/dinning/living room with all necessary utensils available including a dishwasher.
The apartment is 5 minutes from the closest subway station Amrumer Straße, in the street you can find several small cafes and food shops as well as supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacies. There is a canal close by which is ideal for walks or running. The area is rather quiet, however with the apartment facing the street it could get a bit noisy during the day if windows are open.
You will be sharing the apartment with another person.
I am looking for a temporary subtenant for the time I'll be away (10.02.24 - 17.03.24) for the entire stay, the rent is a total of €600 + €500 deposit. If interested, reach out.
