In unserer schönen 4 Zimmer Wohnung ist ab sofort ein schönes und helles Zimmer frei (ca. 17 qm). Das Zimmer ist bis zum 30. April befristet & wird teilmöbliert vermietet. Es können aber ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Leuchte, eine Kleiderstange, eine große Matraze sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche gestellt werden. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Südseitenlage und hat Zugang zum größeren unserer beiden Balkone.

A nice and bright room (approx. 17 sqm) is available immediately in our beautiful 4-room apartment. The room is limited until April 30th & will be rented partially furnished. However, a desk with chair, lamp, clothes rail, a large mattress as well as towels and bed linen can be provided. The room is south-facing and has access to the larger of our two balconies.
Ob U3, U9, S1 oder diverse Busse, die Öffis sind alle fußläufig in ca. 10 min. erreichbar. Nächster U-Bahnhof ist Schloßstraße (ca. 7min zu Fuß), welche obendrein auch perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie den Boulevard Berlin bietet.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Durch die Südlage deines neuen Zimmers in Richtung des großen, grünen Innenhofes bekommst du aber vom Straßengeschehen ohnehin nichts mit.

Whether U3, U9, S1 or various buses, the public transport is all within walking distance in about 10 minutes. The nearest subway station is Schloßstraße (approx. 7 minutes on foot), which also offers perfect shopping opportunities such as Boulevard Berlin.
The apartment itself is located in a quiet side street. Due to the southern exposure of your new room towards the large, green inner courtyard, you won't notice anything of the street life anyway.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei & ist bis zum 30. April befristet, da sich die WG danach leider auflösen muss. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, also meldet euch auch gerne, wenn ihr nur etwas für den April sucht.

The room is available immediately & is limited until April 30, as the shared flat will unfortunately have to be dissolved after that. The move-in date is flexible, so please get in touch if you are only looking for something for April.
