Da ich für diesen Zeitraum nicht in Berlin bin, stelle ich mein Zimmer (möbliert) für 3-Monate zur Untermiete zu Verfügung. Meine Möbel verbleiben im Zimmer, sowie ein Teil meiner Sachen.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der von der gesamten WG ab und zu genutzt wird. Durch die großen Fenster ist es angenehm hell und die Doppelfenster sorgen dafür, dass es ruhig bleibt, trotz zentraler Lage.
Was genau du noch mitbringen musst (Bettwäsche, Decke,....) können wir gerne im Detail besprechen.

I'll rent my room for 3 months including the furniture you can see in the pictures. The room has a balcony, which can be used by all flatmates.
It's a bright room with big windows. The windows make sure the outside noise stays outside.
We can talk about the things you still need to bring for yourself (like a pillow, a blanket and other stuff necessary) in detail if you are interested in renting my room.
Die WG befindet sich in direkter Nähe der Schloßstraße, sodass nicht nur Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf schnell (5-15min fußläufig) erreicht werden können, sondern auch eine Vielzahl an anderen Geschäften (Saturn, Bauhaus, Karstadt, etc...).
Auch der Nahverkehr ist nicht weit weg, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die U9, welche innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Zoologischen Garten ist. An selbiger Haltestelle fahren Busse in verschiedene Richtungen. Die U3 und S1 kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.

The flat is near to the 'Schloßstraße', which means a lot of supermarkets and stores are very close. Even the puplic transport is close.
A 5-minutes-Walk takes you to the station 'Schloßstraße'. Using the U9 it takes you only 10 minutes to the 'Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten'. You reach the S1 and the U3 in 10 minutes.
Du würdest mit Janina und Tabea zusammen wohnen. Die Beiden leben schon seit 5 Jahren gemeinsam in der WG und kennen sich noch viel länger. Ich bin vor 2 ½ Jahren dazu gekommen und trotz der engen Freundschaft der Beiden, zeigten sich Beide offen. So wurde ich schnell nicht nur ins WG-Leben, sondern auch in den engeren Freundeskreis der beiden integriert.
Tabea arbeitet in der Stadtplanung, macht gerne Sport und singt.
Janina schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit, geht gerne bouldern und spielt Klavier.
Entspannt - besser kann man das WG-Leben nicht beschreiben. Nach der Arbeit wird sich in der Küche getroffen und quatscht miteinander, aber dies ist kein muss.
Gemeinsame Unternehmung und Ausflüge werden mal mehr und mal weniger gemacht, je nach dem, was sonst noch so ansteht.

You will share the flat with Janina and Tabea. They have lived together for 5 years and know each other even longer. Since 2½ years I have lived with them. They are both open minded people and they are easy to get along with.
Tabea is working, is into sports and likes to sing.
Janina is writing her master thesis, likes to boulder and plays piano.
There is no better word than harmonic, to describe the atmosphere in the WG. Sometimes we meet in the kitchen after work and have a chat and from time to time we enjoy doing stuff together.
Wichtig für dich ist zu wissen, dass du dich nicht anmelden kannst. Ein Untermietvertrag wird erstellt.
