The room is pretty big in size, enough to keep a bed, wardrobe and desk, and still walk around. It is currently unfurnished. The windows are big, so there'll be plenty of light during the day.
Located on Schlieperstraße. Very close to the Tegel S Bahnhof (10 mins on foot). Bus stop is also just 500m from the building.The street is a residential area, connected to many shopping facilities including a mall and restaurants within walking distance.
I am Devanshi, 25 years old, originally from India. I recently moved to Berlin from the Netherlands for my first job after graduation.
I am looking for someone to share this apartment with me for long term (minimum 1 year) from 01.01.24
I don't mind people bringing their friends at home for a get together (that's your right, of course). There'll definitely be a chill vibe in the apartment. We can be friends, decorate the flat together (since it is a blank canvas) but that's also not necessary. I understand everyone needs their own space as well, just like me.
We will definitely make a cleaning plan which is comfortable for both of us.
The electricity plan is excluded from the main rent. We can split the bill later.
