Zu zwischenmieten (nur November+Dezember) sind zwei stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauzimmer, bestehend aus einem „Berliner-Zimmer“, welches als seperates Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Arbeitsraum oder Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann (ca. 27,5 qm, Zimmer 1) und gleichzeitig das Durchgangszimmer zum Schlafzimmer bildet (ca 12,5 qm, Zimmer 2). Das Schlafzimmer hat ein massives, großflächiges Hochbett und ab November auch einen Schreibtisch. Beide Räume gehen zum ruhigen und grünen Innenhof hinaus und sind ideal für Paare geeignet.
Die 2022 komplett renovierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich auf der begehrten Roten Insel in Berlin-Schöneberg und besteht aus einem geräumigen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich (ca. 29 qm) mit Balkon zur Westseite, einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche ebenfalls zur Westseite und zwei Tageslichtbadezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, die nach Osten blicken. Da sich die Wohnung im 4. Stock befindet, gibts auch massig Sonne.

Ein paar Worte zu uns:
Wir sind eine 4,5-köpfige WG, Timo und Annette, sowie Moritz, Chiara und unser WG-Baby Josy.
Wir Erwachsenen sind allesamt berufstätig und irgendwo in den Dreißigern.
Timo, Moritz, Chiara und Josy sind in den beiden Monaten auf Reisen.
Annette wird im November ein paar Wochen nutzen, um Timo hinterherzureisen, wird jedoch die restliche Zeit Eure pflegeleichte WG-Mitbewohnerin. Sie arbeitet als Ärztin in einem medizinischen Labor, bewegt sich gerne, taucht ab und zu mit Freund*Innen in die Kunst-, Kulinarik- und Kulturszene Berlins ein, versackt aber auch häufiger mit Buch oder Spielekonsole auf einer sich anbietenden Couch.

Wir wünschen uns berufstätige, ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner, die eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre schätzen. Ob Einzelpersonen, Paare, Freund*innen und Familien, uns sind alle Konstellationen lieb!

Hello dear apartment seekers,

For interim rent (November+December only) are two stylishly furnished rooms, consisting of a "Berlin room", which can be used as a separate living room with beamer, workroom or guest room (approx. 27.5 sqm, room 1) and at the same time forms the passage room to the bedroom (approx. 12.5 sqm, room 2). The bedroom has a massive, large loft bed and from November also a desk. Both rooms open to the quiet and green courtyard and are ideal for couples.
The 2022 completely renovated old building apartment is located on the sought-after Red Island in Berlin-Schöneberg and consists of a spacious, light-filled living and dining area (approx. 29 sqm) with a balcony to the west side, a fully equipped open kitchen also to the west side and two daylight bathrooms with bathtub and shower facing east. Since the apartment is located on the 4th floor, there is also massive sun.

A few words about us:
We are a 4.5-person WG, Timo and Annette, as well as Moritz, Chiara and our WG baby Josy.
We adults are all employed and somewhere in our thirties.
Timo, Moritz, Chiara and Josy are traveling for the two months.
Annette will use a few weeks in November to travel after Timo, but will be your easy-care WG roommate the rest of the time. She works as a doctor in a medical laboratory, likes to move around, occasionally dives into the art, culinary and cultural scene of Berlin with friends, but also more often sinks into a couch with a book or a game console.

We would like to have working, quiet and tidy flatmates who appreciate a pleasant living atmosphere. Whether single persons, couples, friends or families, we like all constellations!
