Du bist weiblich und auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer mitten in Schöneberg am Nollendorfplatz mit interkulturellem Austausch: Dann ist vielleicht mein ehemaliges WG-Zimmer etwas für dich. Es ist möbliert und kann direkt bezogen werden. Dir steht ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch inklusive Schreibtischlampe, ein Schrank mit zwei Spiegeltüre und ein Bücherregal zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau und ist 110m2 groß. Geheizt wird über Fußbodenheizung. Neben deinem Zimmer kannst du die große Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer, dass mit großem Fernseher und Couch zum Aufenthalt einlädt, ganztägig mit nutzen. Besonders die Küche war stets lebendiger Teil unseres Zusammenlebens und wird auch für dich wieder Raum für vielseitig-kulinarischen Austausch bieten. Neben den 110m2 Innenraumfläche verfügt die Wohnung zusätzlich noch über 2 großzügige Balkone von denen man in Sommer die Sonne genießen kann.
In der Miete von 1200€ sind alle Kosten mit inbegriffen (Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser).

If you are female and looking for a room in a shared flat in the middle of Schöneberg on Nollendorfplatz with intercultural exchange, my former shared flat might be something for you. It is furnished and ready to move into. There is a bed, a desk including a desk lamp, a wardrobe with two mirrored doors and a bookshelf.
The apartment is located in a new building and is 110m2 in size. It is heated by underfloor heating. In addition to your room, you can use the large eat-in kitchen and the living room with its large TV and couch all day long. The kitchen in particular has always been a lively part of our life together and will once again offer you space for a variety of culinary exchanges. In addition to the 110m2 of interior space, the apartment also has 2 spacious balconies from which you can enjoy the sun in summer.
The rent of 1200€ includes all costs (utilities, electricity, water).
Für die Lage am Nollendorfplatz liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Dies liegt an den Pollern am Ende der Else-Lasker-Schüler-Straße, welche Durchgangsverkehr verhindern. Die Straße ist somit eine reine Anliegerstaße, auf der auch fast immer ein Parkplatz zu finden ist. Fußläufig sind Rewe, DM und Edeka in 5 und GoAsia und Lidl in 10min erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Station Nollendorfplatz ist ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Über den Zoologischen Garten kommt man innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit den Öffis in die Innenstadt.

The apartment is very quiet for its location on Nollendorfplatz. This is due to the bollards at the end of Else-Lasker-Schüler-Straße, which prevent through traffic. The street is therefore purely a residential street, on which there is almost always a parking space to be found. Within walking distance are Rewe, DM and Edeka in 5 minutes and GoAsia and Lidl in 10 minutes. The subway station Nollendorfplatz is also within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The city center can be reached within half an hour by public transport via Zoologischer Garten.
Meine ehemalige und deine neue Mitbewohnerin kommt aus der Chongqing-Region und kocht ab und an auch gerne mal mit dir. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und Chinesisch. Für die alltägliche Kommunikation wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du Englisch sprechen kannst, sie ist aber auch gerade dabei deutsch zu lernen. Sie arbeitet in Berlin im Consulting.
