Ich ziehe spontan ab dem 1. Juni aus und daher wird mein Zimmer frei. Ab Juli zieht eine Nachmieterin ein, deswegen leider nur für einen Monat, aber vielleicht passt es jemandem ja.
Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß, mit Holzdielen und einem großen Fenster. Ich nehme meine Möbel mit und nur das Bett bleibt. In der Küche ist aber genug Platz zum arbeiten am Tisch. Das Internet läuft zumeist schnell und problemlos. Die Waschmaschine steht im Abstellraum neben der Küche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so zum kochen braucht und es gibt genug Platz um dort mit Freunden zu essen. In dem anderen Zimmer ist noch ein kleiner Balkon angeschlossen, auf den du immer gerne gehen kannst. Das Bad ist relativ klein, aber man kann sich noch entspannt duschen usw..

I'm moving out spontaneously from 1 June and so my room will be free. A new tenant will be moving in from July, so unfortunately only for a month, but maybe it will suit someone.
The room is 16m2, with wooden floorboards and a large window. I'm taking my furniture with me and only the bed is staying. But there's enough space in the kitchen to work at the table. The internet is usually fast and trouble-free. The washing machine is in the storeroom next to the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there's enough space to eat with friends. There is a small balcony in the other room, which you can always go out onto. The bathroom is relatively small, but you can still take a relaxing shower etc..
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen, familiären Friedenau an der Grenze zu Steglitz. Das klingt ziemlich weit außerhalb, es sind aber basically nur 10min zum Zoologischen Garten, 10min nach Schöneberg, etwa 15min zum Bergmannkiez oder knapp 20min nach Neukölln. Die nächste U-Bahn ist der Walther-Schreiber-Platz (U9), direkt an der Schlossstraße mit so ziemlich allen Läden die man braucht. Zur Ringbahn (Bundesplatz) sind es 2 Stationen. Die S1 (Feuerbachstraße) ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt, mit der man gut nach Mitte oder Richtung Wannsee kommt. In Friedenau sind viele leckere Restaurants und einige Bars, jedoch ist es Abends meist ziemlich ruhig.

The flat is located in the quiet, familiar Friedenau on the border to Steglitz. This sounds quite far away, but it is basically only 10 minutes to the Zoologischer Garten, 10 minutes to Schöneberg, about 15 minutes to the Bergmannkiez or about 20 minutes to Neukölln. The nearest underground is Walther-Schreiber-Platz (U9), right on Schlossstraße with pretty much all the shops you need. The Ringbahn (Bundesplatz) is 2 stops away. The S1 (Feuerbachstraße) is about a 10-minute walk away, which is a good way to get to Mitte or towards Wannsee. Friedenau has many delicious restaurants and a few bars, but it is usually quite quiet in the evenings.
Deine Mitbewohner wird Ariana (31). Sie ist Physiotherapeutin und studiert Anthropologie an der FU. Sie ist total entspannt, sauber und freut sich ab und zu mal mit dir zu quatschen mit einem Glas Wein.
