Wir suchen zum 01.06.2024 eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er WG zur Zwischenmiete bis zum 30.09.2024 (mögliche Verlängerung). Du solltest aufgeschlossen sein und Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben haben. Uns ist ein gemeinschaftliches Leben in der WG wichtig und wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander.
Das südlich ausgerichtete Zimmer hat 20 m² und befindet sich in einem schönen Berliner Altbau. Es hat 3,20m hohe Decken, Stuck an den Wänden und am Deckenlicht. Durch die günstige Ausrichtung bekommt das Zimmer viel Licht ab. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss, hat eine große Wohnküche und ein riesiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. In der Küche gibt es alles was man zum kochen braucht, einen großen Fernseher und eine Spülmaschine. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Zudem ist eine Abstellkammer vorhanden.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und ich werde einen Teil meiner Sachen im Zimmer lassen. Es wäre schön, wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest indem du sie einmal die Woche gießt.
We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment for interim rent until 30.09.2024 starting from the 1st of June. You should be open-minded and have a desire for a relaxed cohabitation. A communal life in the WG is important to us and we like to spend time together.
The south-facing room has 24 m² and is located in a beautiful old building in Berlin. It has 3.20m high ceilings, stucco on the walls and ceiling light. Due to the favorable orientation, the room gets a lot of light. The apartment is on the third floor, with a big kitchen and a huge bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen: a big TV and a dishwasher. Of course, there is also a washing machine. In addition, there is a storage room.
The room will be rented furnished and I will leave some of my stuff in the room. It would be nice if you could take care of my plants by watering them once a week.
Das Wohnhaus befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Ullsteinstraße (U6) entfernt ,außerdem ist direkt vor der Haustür der Attilaplatz mit den Busanbindungen 170,184,246 und N84. An der Ullsteinstraße ist der Tempelhofer Hafen mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt sind LIDL, Rewe, Kaufland, Netto und Edeka innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der IKEA Südkreuz und Bauhaus nur knapp 2km entfernt. Um zu entspannen ist das Tempelhofer Feld um die Ecke, ein kleiner Park vor der Haustür und mehrere größere Parks in laufnähe.
The apartment building is located 5 minutes walk from the subway station Ullsteinstraße (U6) ,also directly in front of the door is the Attilaplatz with bus connections 170,184,246 and N84. At Ullsteinstraße is the Tempelhofer Hafen with good shopping facilities. In total, LIDL, Rewe, Kaufland, Netto and Edeka are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. In addition, the IKEA Südkreuz and Bauhaus is just under 2km away. To relax the Tempelhofer Feld is around the corner and a small park on the doorstep.
Zu uns: Mary (31) schreibt ihre Masterarbeit und Marcel (27) arbeitet als Tänzer. Juli (28) wird für 4 Monate reisen und du wirst somit in ihrem Zimmer wohnen. Wir kochen gerne und sitzen danach in der Küche zusammen und schnacken bei Bierchen oder Weinchen über Gott und die Welt. Wenn es zeitlich passt unternehmen wir auch gerne mal was zusammen-Hin und wieder packt uns auch mal die Tanzlust und wir schwingen das Tanzbein.
About us: Mary (31) Writes her master's thesis and Marcel (27) works as a dancer. Juli (28) will travel for 4 months and you will live in her room. We like to cook and sit together in the kitchen afterwards and talk about everything what's interesting. If it fits time-wise, we also like to do something together-sometimes we get the urge to dance and we go clubbing.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, dann freuen wir uns über eine eMail in der du dich und deine Vorstellungen vom gemeinsamen Zusammenleben beschreibst. Wir führen ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben, wo jeder aufeinander und auf die gemeinsame Wohnung achtet, in die man abends gerne nach Hause kommt und sich wohlfühlt.

If you feel addressed, then we are happy about an email in which you describe yourself and your ideas of living together. We lead a communal living together, where everyone pays attention to each other and to the common apartment, where you like to come home in the evening and feel comfortable.
