Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage eines sanierten Altbaus von 1900 und ist sehr hell und großzügig geschnitten. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer plus Küche/Diele/Bad. Es gibt ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt wird.
Dein Zimmer wird ab dem 01.09. frei und ist 11qm groß und wird teilmöbliert übergeben - mit Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Wir werden vielleicht einige Möbel hin und her räumen, so dass die Einrichtung nicht 1 zu 1 wie auf den Bildern sein wird.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1900 and is very bright and open. The apartment has 4 rooms plus kitchen/hallway/bathroom. There is a very large living room for everyone to use.
Your room will be available from 01.09. and has 11sqm and will be handed over partly furnished - with a bed, a shelf, a desk and a chair. We might move around some of the furniture which means that the furnishing will be a bit different from the pictures.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden. Der Eingang zur U-Bahn Linie 6 (Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße) ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Bis Mehringdamm (Bergmannkiez) braucht man 10, bis Friedrichstraße 15 und bis Alexanderplatz, Kudamm und Warschauer Straße (Friedrichshain) etwa 20-25 Minuten. In Laufdistanz befinden sich Edeka, Aldi, dm, Post/Postbank, Sparkasse, Commerzbank, Volksbank und einige Apotheken. Schöne Bars und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe, als auch an der Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg und sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is perfectly connected to public transport. The entrance to the tube line 6 (Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße) can be reached within 5 minutes. To get to Mehringdamm (Bergmannkiez) it takes 10 minutes, to Friedrichstrasse it takes 15, to Alexanderplatz, Kurfürstendamm and Warschauer Strasse (Friedrichshain) it takes about 20-25 minutes. Within walking distance there are 2 supermarkets, a drug store, a post office, several banks and some pharmacies. Nice bars and restaurants are located nearby as well as on Bergmannstrasse in Kreuzberg and can be reached within 10-15 minutes.
Dies soll keine Zweck WG sein. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Freundlichkeit die Grundlage für unser Zusammenleben sind. WG Abende und spontane gemeinsame vegetarische Essen/Unternehmungen, sowie Meditation sind sehr willkommen.
This should not be a simple flatshare. It is important to us that friendliness is a basis for living together. Community nights and spontaneous shared vegetarian meals/activities as well as meditation are very welcome.
