Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt vor der U6-Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. Eingang und alles mögliche, was man im Alltag braucht, ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (z.B. Friseur, Lebensmittel, Imbiss, Ärzte, Kaffeeladen, usw).

In 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Tempelhofer Feld, Fitness Studio, und vieles mehr.

The flat is located just outside the U6-Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. entrance. All needs for daily life are within 5 minute walking distance (haircuts, groceries, fast food, doctor, coffee shops, etc.)

Walking for 10-15 minutes gets you to Tempelhofer Feld, the gym and more.

Du sollst offene Mensch sein, die nichts gegen Homosexuellen oder Leute mit diversen Hintergrunden hat und im Alltag Aufmerksamkeit zu Umweltsschutz hält (du schaltest z.B. Lichte sowie elektronische Geräte aus wenn sie nicht benutzt werden, und schaust nach dem Verbrauch des Wassers beim Duschen, Abwaschen, usw). Alle Mitbewohner können Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.

Die Wohnung ist eher unser Zuhause (ich und mein Partner), derzeit haben wir aber einen Mitbewohner. Da mein Partner eine dreimonatigen Abordnung in Schweden bald macht, vermieten wir ein Zimmer. Das heißt in dem entsprechenden Zeitraum, werden wir drei sein. Die Wohnung sollte auch nicht als Social Hotspot benutzt – Pendler oder große Kochabende sind aufgrund vielen bisherigen Erfahrungen eher unerwünscht - es ist unser Zuhause, und in dem Sinne keine WG.

You should be a person who is not bothered by homosexuals or people with diverse backgrounds. Also, you should be someone conserves the environment in your daily habits (you shut off lights/electronics when not home, don't waste water while showering or doing dishes, and so on). We all speak German and English.

The flat is mine and my partner's home. At the moment we have one flatmate. We are renting out a room because my partner will be working in Sweden for three months, which means for those three months, we will be three people in the flat. Please understand this is our home, and not a social hotspot. I am interested in someone who doesn't need to have overnight guests or dinner parties, as I want to keep the feeling of my home, rather than a place that many people I don't know come through.
