Wir suchen eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für ein Zimmer. Ich bin Psychologe (30 Jahre), mein Mitbewohner ist Germanist (26 Jahre) aus Großbritannien. Mietbeginn ist der 1. Februar 2022, Dauer idealerweise 2 Monate (1 oder 3 Monate gingen ggf. auch). Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich in Schöneberg-Tiergarten, fußläufig zur Staatsbibliothek und zum Tiergarten; ebenfalls nahe des Winterfeldtplatzes und Akazienkiezes. Sie hat insgesamt 148m2, 4 Meter hohe Decken sowie anschauliche Dielenböden verschiedenster Art. Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß, möbliert und kostet 750 Euro (darin ist neben allen Nebenkosten bereits ein Aufschlag für die stark gestiegenen Strom- und Heizpreise enthalten). Die auf den ersten Blick hohen Mieten kommen dadurch zustande, dass wir einen großen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich haben. Es gibt einen 10m2 großen Wintergarten, ein 27m2 großes Arbeitszimmer (mit E-Piano) sowie einen etwa 15m2 großen Flur, den wir zu einem offenen Wohnzimmer gemacht haben. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine reiche Bibliothek. Die Küche bietet weitere Sitzgelegenheiten und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Badewanne.
We are looking for an interim tenant for a room. I am a psychologist (30 years old), my roommate is a Germanist (26 years old) from the UK (also for interim rent because both my roommates are on a trip abroad). Start of rent is February 1, 2023, duration ideally 2 months (1 or 3 months would also go if necessary). The old building apartment is located in Schöneberg-Tiergarten, walking distance to the Staatsbibliothek and Tiergarten; also close to Winterfeldtplatz and Akazienkiez. It has a total of 148m2, 4-meter high ceilings as well as vivid plank floors of various types. The room is 22m2, furnished and costs 750 euros (this already includes a surcharge for the greatly increased electricity and heating prices as well as all other ancillary costs). The at first glance high rents come from the fact that we have a large common living area. There is a 10m2 conservatory, a 27m2 study (with electric piano) and a hallway of about 15m2, which we have turned into an open living room. The apartment has a rich library. The kitchen offers more seating and is fully equipped. The bathroom has a large bathtub.
