Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in und bieten ein schönes, helles Zimmer (rund 40 Quadratmeter) mit großem überdachtem Balkon direkt am Treptower Park.
Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig möbliert (Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Wäscheständer), eine persönliche Note muss selber mitgebracht werden.
Wir: Das bin ich (F48) und meine beiden Kinder (M9 und M13), alle drei WG-erfahren.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer großen Wohnung, in der wir Bad- und Küche gemeinsam nutzen. Ein ebenfalls gemeinsam zu nutzendes Ess-/Wohnzimmer für alle gibt es auch.

We are looking for a flatmate for a nice, bright room (around 40 squaremetres) with a large covered balcony right next to Treptower Park.
The room is functionally furnished (bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, clothes horse), you would have to bring your own personal touch.
We: That's me (F48) and my two children (M9 and M13), all three experienced in living with flatmates.
The room is part of a large flat in which we would share the bathroom and kitchen. There is also a shared dining/living room for everyone.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönen grünen Treptower Park, allerdings auch direkt an der vielbefahrenen Straße Am Treptower Park – für sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen dürfte das Angebot nichts sein.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt, die nächsten beiden S-Bahnstationen (Treptower Park, Plänterwald) jeweils ca. zehn Minuten. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, Lidl und Aldi) in jeweils zwischen drei Minuten und zehn Minuten Entfernung.
Mit dem Rad ist man in zehn Minuten in Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain und in drei Minuten an der Grenze zu Neukölln.

The flat is located directly at the green Treptower Park, but also directly at the busy street Am Treptower Park – for very noise-sensitive people the offer might not be suited.
A bus stop is a two-minute-walk away, two S-Bahn stations (Treptower Park, Plänterwald) about ten minutes each. There are several shopping facilities (Netto, Rewe, Lidl and Aldi), each between three and ten minutes away.
By bike you'll reach Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain in ten minutes, Neukölln in three minutes.
Wir sind alle drei WG- und Mitbewohner*innen-erfahren.
Da zwei minderjährige Kinder in der Wohnung leben, suchen wir einerseits eine*n Mitbewohner*in, dessen Lebensstil dazu passt, andererseits aber auch jemanden, der damit umgehen kann, wenn die beiden mal etwas lauter sind (in Maßen).
Ich arbeite oft von Zuhause aus.
Wir freuen uns über Gespräche oder mal ein gemeinsames Kochen, mal füreinander Einkaufengehen oder ähnliches.
Besonders eignet sich das Zimmer für Menschen, die von ihrem festen Wohnort nach Berlin pendeln.

All three of us are experienced flat-sharers.
As there are two underage children living in the flat, we are looking for a flatmate whose lifestyle fits in with this, and also for someone who is willing to deal with the two of them being a bit noisy (in moderation).
I often work from home.
We are open to having a chat or sometimes cooking together, going shopping for each other etc.
The room is particularly suitable for people who commute to Berlin from their permanent place of residence.

Das Zimmer wird auf jeden Fall nur an eine einzelne Person vermietet, für zwei Menschen würde es darin zu eng werden.

In any case, the room will only be sublet to a single person, it would be too cramped for two people to stay there in the long run.
