Im Juni (30.5 bis 28.6) ist in unserer 166 qm großen Wohngemeinschaft im Kungerkiez in Alt-Treptow ein großes & helles Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Wir, Sanaz, Laura und Niels, suchen eine Mitbewohner*in für unsere Vierer-WG, die WG-Erfahrung und Einfühlungsvermögen für sich und andere hat. Wir leben gemeinschaftlich zusammen, unternehmen gern mal Dinge, kochen gemeinsam, kaufen für alle ein, können uns aber auch in Ruhe lassen.
Hard Facts:
Es gibt eine große Küche, ein schönes Wohnzimmer, 2 Balkone, 1 Bad mit Wanne sowie 1 weiteres Klo. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock mit Aufzug (vor der Haustür gibt es eine Stufe, so dass sie leider nicht komplett barrierefrei ist). Das Zimmer ist 27 m² groß, möbliert, Altbau mit Stuck und kostet alles inklusive 550€/ Monat.

*Intermediate rent in a nice apartment*
In june (30.5-28.6), a large and bright room is available for interim rent in our nice 166 sqm apartment in Alt-Treptow (Kungerkiez).
We, Sanaz, Laura, und Niels, are looking for a roommate who has WG experience and empathy for themselves and others. We use to live together in a lively and communal way, we like to do things together, cook together, shop for everyone, but we can also leave each other alone.
Hard Facts:
There is a large kitchen, a beautiful living room, 2 balconies, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 additional toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator (there is a step in front of the front door, so it is unfortunately not completely barrier-free).
The room is 27 m² in size, furnished and costs 550€/month all inclusive.
