ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für das besagte Zimmer in meiner WG.
Derzeit habe ich 2 Personen bereits über Instagram in der Auswahl, welche auch schon die WG besicjtigt haben.
Jedoch hätte ich gerne 2 weitere Personen noch in der engeren Auswahl.
Bitte schickt mir Stichpunktartig folgende Angaben zu euch

Zu mir:
Ich bin meistens beschäftigt mit meinem Master und meiner Arbeit.
Meine Freizeit verbringe ich meistens mit meiner Freundin, Lesen, kochen, sehr gelegentlich in Bars gehen oder Clubs (Ohm, Panoramabar o.ä.) und falls ich mal dazu komme mit meiner Bassgitarre oder meinen House-Schallplatten.
Es ist offensichtlich keine Party-WG, hierzu gehe ich raus und bevorzuge es die WG als Rückzugsort zu haben.
Lautstärke sollte verhältnismäßig sein.
Da ich jedes zweite WE mal weg bin werde ich mein Zimmer auch mal über airbnb vermieten.
Ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung sollte daher in den gemeinsamgenutzten Räumen herrschen.
Zum Zusammenleben: respektvolle Kommunikation als auch Fähigkeit mit Mehrdeutigkeit unzugehen ist mir wichtig. Meistens fehlt leider das eine denen, welche das andere für sich beanspruchen.

About me:
I am mostly busy with my master's degree and my job.
I spend my free time mostly with my girlfriend, reading, cooking, very occasionally going to bars or clubs (Ohm, Panorama Bar, etc.), and if I get the chance, playing my bass guitar or my house records.
It's obviously not a party apartment; I prefer to go out and use the apartment as a place to retreat. Noise should be reasonable.
Since I am away every other weekend, I will occasionally rent my room on Airbnb.
A certain level of order should therefore be maintained in the shared spaces.
For living together: respectful communication as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity is important to me. Unfortunately, those who claim one often lack the other.
