Hallo zusammen,
zum 15.6.23 (+/- 2 Wochen) wird bei uns ein ruhiges Zimmer mit schneller Anbindung ans Zentrum frei. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Standregal und Kleiderschrank - gerne können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen und der gängigen Haushaltselektrik ausgestattet. Um ständige Mieterwechsel zu vermeiden und eine eingelebte WG zu haben, wollen wir das Zimmer langfristig für mindestens 1 Jahr vermieten.

Hey there,
we have an opening as of 15.06.23 (+/- 2 weeks).. The room comes fully furnished as does the whole apartment.
We're looking for a long-term tenant - at least 1 year.
The place is a bit more outside the center, however it is very well connected with public transportation. It's just a 2min walk the U5 station that'll bring you to Friedrichshain within 15min and into the city center (Alexander Platz) in just 25min, the train interval is every 5min, so almost no waiting time!
Plus, the Nightbus (N5) stops right in front of our house and covers the way to the center and back all around the clock at any given day including holidays. So no worries how to get home even after a night out in the middle of the week XD
Moreover the area is really green as you can see on the map, perfect for outdoor activities. Basketball courts, places for skating or just parks for jogging are all within walking distance too.
Doing groceries is also convenient as
we have Lidl, Edeka, Rewe and Netto all within walking distance of just about 2-5min. Other social infrastructure like doctors and hospitals, swimming halls.. are close by too.
You'd be living two working guys - or at least we're mostly occupied during the day ^^'

Der nächste U-Bahnhof ("Kienberg - Gärten der Welt") liegt nur 2min zu Fuss entfernt und ist im Rahmen der Ausstellung der Gärten der Welt erst kürzlich modernisiert worden.
Die U-Bahn fährt im 5-Minutentakt und man ist recht zügig im Stadtzentrum (siehe unten).
Auf dem Weg zum U-Bahnhof liegt noch ein Lidl sowie ein Bäcker, was sich zusätzlich zum Zeit sparen
eignet ;)
Weiterhin sind natürlich auch alle Bedürfnisse des alltäglichen Lebens gedeckt, Apotheken und Ärzte sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die Lage bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Sport (joggen, Basketball, Fussball, Tischtennis etc) und ist allgemein super grün mit tollen Parks. Dazu trägt insbesondere die Gegend um die Ausstellung der Gärten der Welt bei (es gibt sogar eine Seilbahn XD)
Unweit entfernt ist auch noch eine Schwimmhalle und diverse Fitnessstudios.
Da im Haus von Familien mit kleinen Kindern bis hin zu Rentnern alles vertreten ist, sind wir als WG besonders zur Rücksichtnahme bei der Lautstärke angehalten. Das heißt zwar nicht, dass nur auf Zehenspitzen gegangen werden soll, aber das Zusammenleben sollte sich unter gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme und in gesundem Maße abspielen :-)

- 10 min zum U-Bahnhof Tierpark (HTW)
- 15 min zur Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn)
- 15 min zum Ostkreuz (Ringbahn)
- 25 min zum Alexander Platz
- 30 min zum S-Bahnhof Friedrichstr. - HU Hauptgebäude
- 35 min Hauptbahnhof
- 45 min zum TU Hauptgebäude
