The room is 20sqm, Cosy and fully furnished- with a couch, double bed, coffee table, and closet. It faces the back house, which means it's quiet and there is a view of the garden. I like to keep it clean and tidy, which is why I'd appreciate someone who will do the same.
The apartment is in Brüsselerkiez, near Seestraße (U6), Amrumer Straße (U9), with a tram stop (M13/50) also a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's a quiet area, but bustling Müllerstraße is closeby, and Leopoldplatz about a 10 minute walk away. There are also some lovely places for walking- Plötzensee, Rehberge Park are all within walking distance. Supermarkets are close by on Müllerstraße- with various options (REWE, Bio Company, Turkish supermarkets, DM etc).
The apartment is 120sqm, an alt-bau in the back house, with 4 housemates living comfortably.
There are 2 separate toilets, one big bathroom- with bathtub and shower, as well as a good sized kitchen.
We live pretty relaxed at the apartment- sometimes we cook together and hang out in the kitchen, but it's not a must. We each have our separate lives with different schedules. We all take care of cleaning the common spaces, but also have someone who comes to clean the common spaces of the apartment once a week, which helps us avoid fights about cleaning etc. (the cost for this is already included in the rent price).
It's a really lovely mix of housemates- a paediatrician, a dancer, a chef.
