Ich vermiete ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon nahe dem Nordufer im Wedding. Das Zimmer hat 14 qm ohne Balkon und ist ideal für Personen ohne eigenen Hausstand. Die Möbilierung ist etwas anders als auf dem Foto, das Bett ist etwas schmaler, dafür gibt es einen kleinen Schreibtisch und einen Sessel. Der Schrank bleibt im Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 54 qm.
I'm renting out a furnished room with own balcony in Wedding. The room has 14 qm. In the room is a large closet, a bed, a small desk and an arm chair (the furniture is a little bit different than on the pictures, the bed is smaller).
Die Wohnung liegt im Sprengelkiez, nette Cafes und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen, der Hauptbahnhof und Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohngegend und die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus. Das Zimmer ist sonnig, aber es wird durch den vorgelagerten Balkon im Sommer nicht zu heiß.
The apartment is in Sprengelkiez, Cafes and Bars are close by. The main train station is also not far away. The street and also the neighbours in the house are very quiet. The room is sunny, but it does not get too hot in summer.
Da ich auswärts arbeite, bin ich nur ca. alle 1,5 - 2 Monate für ca 10 Tage in Berlin und in der Wohnung. Da die Wohnung nur 54 Quadratmeter hat, wäre eine berufstätige Person ideal, die entweder pendelt oder auch nur wochenweise in Berlin ist, so dass man sich abstimmen kann.
I'm working abroad and I'm only every 1,5 to 2 months for around 10 days in Berlin and in the flat. Because the flat has only 54 square meters, commuters who work during the week in Berlin and are on weekends in their hometown or someone who has a similiar arrangement than me, is preferred. But this can be discussed.
