Ich möchte gerne mein WG-Zimmer im Wedding in den Semesterferien untervermieten. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Duschen und eine Küche mit Esstisch. Meine Sachen werde ich natürlich wegräumen, damit du genug Platz hast. Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, aber keine Angst, das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse, auf der du den Ausblick über Berlin genießen kannst. Du würdest zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Kalexa leben. Sie ist super lieb und hilft dir bei Fragen gerne weiter.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden! Direkt vor der Tür ist die U-Bahnstation Amrumer Straße U9 und zum Leopoldplatz sind es zu Fuß auch nur 10 Minuten. Im Sprengelkiez gibt es viele Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, und am Fluss ist es wunderschön für Spaziergänge.
I would like to sublet my shared apartment room in Wedding during the semester break. It is a room in a 2-person shared apartment in a student dormitory. The room is furnished, and the apartment has a bathroom with showers and a kitchen with a dining table. I will, of course, clear away my things so that you have enough space. Shared washing machines are located in the basement. The apartment is on the 6th floor, but no worries, the building has an elevator. There is a communal rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the view over Berlin. You would be living with my roommate Kalexa. She is super kind and will gladly help you with any questions.
The apartment is excellently connected! Right outside the door is the Amrumer Straße U9 subway station, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Leopoldplatz. Sprengelkiez, there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, and it is beautiful for walks along the river.
