The room's big with a balcony, a double bed, a study table, a wardrobe and a hangar stand. There is wooden flooring and the wall's are clean with a white and olive aesthetic. You also get an almost new blue stool that I bought for guests to sit on. You will also have some of my old books to keep you company. The balcony is from the 5th floor from which you can almost see the Berlin TV Tower, great skies and a church top.
Their’s also a small building-acces gym which you can go to without registration or fees.
The location is the best thing about the place. Its a very convenient location with Leopoldplatz station (U6 and U9) right in front of the building. Wedding S-bahn is a 10 min walk (1 stop from the Leopoldplatz u-bahn) and there are grocery stores like REWE, EDEKA, LIDL and Kaufland all within 5 mins reach. Hauptbanhof is 10 mins away from a direct bus number 120 that leaves you right outside the gate.
The flat has a big common space with a kitchen, dining table and 2 fridges. Enough space for everything. The flatmates are amazing people to get along with. There is a Spanish, a Bolivian, and a German guy who are all from different fields like sports photography, music and marketing.
