Hi there, I am subletting my room in a newly renovated and spacious shared flat in Sprengelkiez (Wedding). Here are the details :
Room Size : 25 m2
Apartment size : 102 m2 (shared living room, kitchen & 2 bathrooms )
Duration February 2nd – April 2nd
Rent : 900 per month
situated in the heart of Sprengelkiez (U6, U9 & Ring)
1 roomate (girl, 30, works for an NGO, very mindful & kind)

The flat is located in the heart of Sprengelkiez, surrounded by charming restaurants, bars and cafes. The kiez is simultaneously lively and super chill. The flat is three minutes from the canal and you can take beautiful walks along it, either to mitte or to plötzensee or rehberge. Leopoldplatz/Müllerstraße woth loads of shops are and a super cool Saturday flea market are only 8 min away.
This is a mindful and intimate two person WG. We are old friends and so comfort is absolutely key. Both of us are working. Tiffany, the roommate that will be staying, works as a critical theory consultant in a progressive NGO. We are looking for someone sensitive, polite and politically left wing.
There is a bit of flexibility with the dates (+/-2 days).
