Die WG liegt direkt vor dem Kanal die Panke, der uns einen schönen grünen Weg bietet. In 15 min Spaziergang befindet sich sich der Bürgerpark Pankow und der Park Humboldthain.

Innerhalb von 8 Min zu Fuß sind U-Bahn-, Tram- und Busstationen schnell zu erreichen: U8 Pankstr., U8/U9 Osloer Str., Bus 255 und M27 Osloer Str./Prinzenallee,
Innerhalb von 5 Min zu Fuß: Tram 50 und M13 Osloer Str./Prinzenallee,
In 16 min zu Fuß: S Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn), S Wollankstraße und S Bornholmer Str.

Mehrere Supermärkte und kleine Lebensmittelläden stehen in 5-15 min zu Fuß zur Auswahl: Lidl, Kaufland, Penny, Rewe, Denn's Biomarkt, EL-FI, Aldi.

Diverse Bars und Restaurants, die wir oft besuchen (zumindest vor der Pandemie) sind in der Nähe: z.B. Black Wedding, Malör, Rosa Parks, Baobab, Kater & Goldfisch, La Fiamma oder Yöre Gözleme Ve Manti Evi. Wie auch unterschiedliche kulturelle und künstlerische Einrichtungen: wie u.a. bi'bak, Tanzfabrik Berlin, Bibliothek am Luisenbad, OKK - Organ kritischer Kunst, Werkhalle Wiesenburg Berlin, Gerichtshöfe. Außerdem genießen wir jedes Jahr das Musik-Strassenfestival die Panke Parcours, die entlang des Kanals am Wasser stattfindet.

The WG is located directly in front of the canal the Panke, which offers us a beautiful green path. In 15 min walk is the Bürgerpark Pankow and the park Humboldthain.

We also enjoy every year the music street festival the Panke Parcours, which takes place along the canal on the waterfront.

Wir haben ein offenes, respektvolles, rücksichtsvolles, liebevolles Miteinander, unternehmen Einiges zusammen und freuen uns über den einzigartigen Beitrag jeder Person (wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG!). Ideen für Spiele und Aktivitäten, gemeinsames Kochen und Kreativsein sind immer willkommen, gleichzeitig schätzen wir auch sehr unsere “me-time” und Rückzugszeit. Wir erwarten voneinander grundlegenden Kommunikationsregeln einzuhalten und Interaktion proaktiv mit zu gestalten, damit wir harmonisch im Austausch stehen und Konflikte konstruktiv angehen.

Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit im gemeinsamen Raum sind essentiell, genauso wie die zeitgerechte Beteiligung an den wöchentlichen cleaning tasks - Es gilt Verantwortung für Eigenes und sensitives Gespür für Gemeinschaftliches!
Wir nehmen persönliche Themen ernst, sowie der Umgang mit Vorgaben (Bspw. COVID), Ängsten & Grenzen in Meetings, die nicht regulär, aber doch häufig stattfinden und in denen uns die aktive Mitbeteiligung wichtig ist.

We have an open, respectful, considerate, loving atmosphere. We do things together and enjoy each person's unique contribution (we are definitely not a purpose-built shared apartment!). Ideas for games and activities, cooking and being creative together are always welcome. At the same time we really value our "me-time" and retreat time. We expect each other to follow basic communication rules and to proactively participate in shaping interaction so that we can interact harmoniously and address conflicts constructively.

Tidiness in the common spaces are essential, as well as the timely participation in the weekly Cleaning Tasks - responsibility for one's own and a sensitive sense for what is communal are key!

We take COVID seriously and take all reasonable protective measures for our health. Therefore we discuss very personal issues in meetings, such as dealing with regulations, fears & boundaries. Our meetings are not regular, yet frequent. Active participation is important to us, so everyone can built the community.

Wir suchen ein wertschätzendes neues Mitglied auf Kurzzeit für unsere warmherzigen WG, die sich wie Familie und ein richtiges zu Hause anfühlt. Wir alle unterstützen uns gegenseitig und freuen uns diesen Raum mit jemandem zu teilen, der das wertschätzt und Lust auf Gemeinschaft hat. Viele von uns arbeiten Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, die meisten von uns studieren aber auch zusätzlich oder sind in der Übergangsphase.
Wir sind ganz offen, wo DU gerade im Leben stehst. Wichtiger ist es, dass du ein reflektierter Mensch bist, den Moment genießt und an die Zukunft denkst. Wir sind alle verschieden und tragen auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise wohlwollend zu einer gemütlichen & sicheren Atmosphäre bei.

Wenn du ein aufgeschlossener, rücksichtsvoller und geselliger Mensch auf der Suche nach einem kuscheligen zu Hause für 1 Monat mit kreativen Menschen (die sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen und respektvoll & transparent kommunizieren) bist, dann stell dich gerne mit ein paar Worten bei uns vor! We are looking for an appreciative new short-term member to join our warm shared apartment that feels like family and a real home. We all support each other and are excited to share this space with someone who values that and has a desire for community. Most of us work full time or part time, but most of us are also studying in addition or transitioning.
We are completely open to where YOU are in life right now. More importantly, be a reflective person, enjoy the moment and think about the future. We are all different and contribute in different ways casually and benevolently to a comfortable & safe atmosphere.
