Welcome to another room listing, and hopefully, your search for a nice-comfortable room ends here.
My name is Sahil, and I am a working professional living in Berlin for the last couple of years. I will be traveling for a few days around end of the month and would gladly offer my room to someone responsible. The room is 27 square meters and has an attached personal balcony. The room has a work table, office chair, and a monitor screen to ease working from home. We also have stable high-speed internet. There is a large kitchen (with a fully equipped fitted kitchen) and a large bathroom with a window.
Our apartment is within 5 mins of walking distance of multiple
U-Bahn and tram stations. All major supermarkets, such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and Penny, can be found within walking distance. There is also a market street close to the apartment where all banks, utility stores, food chains, and much more can be found.
We have been living here for a year and a half. You will share the flat with two more peaceful flatmates who respect privacy.
Unfortunately, registration will not be possible since it is a short-term sublet.
