Da ich Berlin wegen eines Praktikums für 3 Monate verlassen muss, vermiete ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer, in einer herzlichen 3-er WG, vom 04.08. bis 30.10.2014.
Wir sind eine Mädchen-Studenten-WG. Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen studieren Medizin und ich studiere Umweltplanung (Richtung Umwelt- und Naturschutz).
Es ist ein 20m²großer und heller Raum, mit Balkon zur Südseite, und ist voll-möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch).
Du wirst dich hier im Sprengelkiez sicher wohlfühlen, denn abgesehen von der zentralen Lage, gibt es hier mehrere gemütliche kleine Cafés und ein paar Bars, den Kanal an dem man jetzt im Sommer gut sitzen kann und den Plötzensee - 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von hier. Außerdem wohnen wir in einer grünen und nur leicht befahrenen Straße.
Trotzdem ist es sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß bist du in 4 min am U-Bahnhof Amrumerstraße (U9) und in 6 min am U- und S-Bahnhof Wedding (Ringbahn, U6).
So kannst du zentrale Punkte in Berlin, wie „Hauptbahnhof”, „Friedrichstraße” oder „Zoologischer Garten” in 6 bis 8 Minuten per U-Bahn erreichen.

I’m renting my beautiful room from the 4th of August to the 30th of October because I need to leave Berlin to do an internship for 3 month.
It's a bright big room of 20m² with a south-sided balcony and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe,shelf,desk).
We are a WG of 3 lovely girls. Both of my roomies are Medicine students and myself of Environmental Planning.
You will enjoy living in our area called “Sprengelkiez”! It is central and surrounded by a few cosy cafés and bars, a water canal where it’s nice to sit and hang out in summertime and also a lake (Plötzensee) - a little "green space" - you can reach by bike in 5 minutes. In addition were're living in a green and calm street with just little traffic.
Nevertheless it is really central you just need to walk:
- 4 minutes to get to the subway: U-Bahnhof "Amrumerstraße" and
- 8 minutes to the trainstation: U- und S-Bahnhof "Wedding" (Ringbahn, U6).
You will reach main points in Berlin like “Hauptbahnhof”, ”Friedrichstraße” or “Zoologischer Garten” within 6-8minutes!!
