There will be several rooms free in our flatshare which we would like to sublet. One person, No couples!!!! The room is well designed and fully equipped. For now the room will be sublet for 3 months and will be prolonged if all goes well with you :) ++++++

AREA DESCRIPTION:
The flat is located in a quiet area with great shopping opportunities (LIDL, Aldi, Penny Markt and many more are within 2min walk) and some Späties just around the corner.
There is also a very nice sport/free time place (Letteplatz) with basketball, soccer pitch and outdoor training facilities.
Furthermore, there is an idyllic see (Schäfersee) in 5min walk with a cute restaurant. It is an amazing place for jogging and feeding of swans and ducks. If you want to escape the daily stress it’s the perfect place to be :)
There is also an association “Sprachstube Deutsch” (2min walk) which helps out with the German language. So, people who are aiming to learn or improve their German language skills can ask there for help for free. Otherwise, we have many friends in Berlin looking for language tandems, so just ask us.
LIVING IN A FLATSHARE:
- Mutual respect
- Clean and tidy
- No parties
- No smoking
The flat is not for smokers. If you want to smoke you have to go outside. Sorry but that is important to us. Further we really like to have a nice clean and cozy flat.
We do care a lot for the hygiene. Therefore especially the common areas (kitchen, bathroom etc.) should be really clean.
However we believe that having a clean flat is normal and that the mutual respect is the most important thing.

IMPORTANT facts: Please provide us with quick intro about yourself (gender, age, nationality, hobbies, etc., basically everything you want to tell us about yourself), and VERY IMPORTANT the time period you would like to move in.
