Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner tollen 3,5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung in der Seestraße (Ecke Togostraße). Die angegebene Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete. Das halbe Zimmer ist ein Ankleidezimmer. :) Du teilst dir das Ankleidezimmer, das Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad mit deiner Mitbewohnerin. Bis zur U-Bahn Station Seestraße (U6) und zur Tram-Station (M13, M50) sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sie ist im 4. OG ohne Aufzug (oberste Etage). Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Ganz viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Direkt unten im Haus ist ein tolles Café und eine Bar. Der Sprengelkiez mit einigen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants ist mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Ebenso der Plötzensee. Rauchen in der Wohnung, Haustiere und Partys sind nicht gestattet.
I sublet a room in my big flat in Wedding. It's on the 4th floor without a lift. You will be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom and dressing room with your flatmate.
Our flat is close to the nice "Sprengelkiez". There is a nice bar and a vegetarian Italian Café/Restaurant in the basement. From the subway/tram station U6 Seestraße you easily get everywhere.
Smoking inside the apartment, pets and parties are not allowed. I'm looking for a trustworthy person.
