Hello,
I am looking for someone to take over the second room from the time of 1st July. Ideally for long term rent but we can also discuss this.
The room is fully furnished and you will also have a good home office set up with a second screen.
You would be sharing the apartment with me. I work as Operations Manager, love to cook, am super into plants and like to do some handmade stuff too.
It's a non-smoking 3 room apartment with a living room/kitchen, a nice balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Of course, smoking is allowed on the balcony if you wish to but not inside.
The surroundings is very lively, there are a lot parks, restaurants, Cafés and bars.
The apartment is located next to the Panke, so you will have a nice park around you. Penny market is only 4 minutes away as it is the bus stop and the U9/U8 Osloer Straße station is only 10 min away.
I will be sharing the apartment with you until the end of September and from October on you will be sharing it with my flatmate. We both work but don't mind to share it with a student, we usually cook and like to try out new recipes.
I am looking for someone organized and chilled, no need to be in constant contact but having a good relationship would be nice, especially to be able to follow the house cleaning schedule.
