Ab Anfang Februar wird bei uns ein gemütliches, am Morgen herrlich besonntes Zimmer im Osramkiez im Wedding frei. Daher suchen wir eine zuverlässige, lebensfrohe und aktive Person mit WG-Erfahrung, die Lust hat auf ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnen, Blumengießen, Tischtennis und Rutschen im Innenhof. Es wäre schön, wenn du Lust zum Teilen hast, rücksichtsvoll mit deine Mitbewohnern umgehen und dich nicht scheust, Dinge zur Sprache zu bringen.
Das Zimmer ist gemütliche 16qm groß mit einer schönen großen Fensterfront. Die Fenster gehen gen Osten, d.h. du kannst den Sonnenaufgang über Berlin bestaunen sowie den Fernsehturm, wenn du dich ein bisschen aus dem Fenster lehnst. Ab Mittag und bis in den Abend hinein sind Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon sonnenbeschienen. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne sowie ein zweites kleines Bad. Und für allen weiteren Krimskrams gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer.

We have a free room in Osramkiez, Wedding from the beginning of February. Therefore we are looking for a reliable, friendly, open and active person with experience in living in a shared flat, who likes to spend time together, watering the flowers sometimes, playing table tennis in the yard and having a Feierabend beer. It would be nice if you feel like sharing, if you are considerate with your flatmates and not afraid to bring things up.
The room is cozy 16 sqm with a big window front. The windows face east, so you can watch the sunrise over Berlin, inclusive the Fernsehturm if you stretch your neck. From noon and into the evening hours the kitchen and balcony are sunlit. We have a large living room and hall, one big bathroom and a small one and of course, a washing machine. We also have a small storage room (+basement).
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Osloer Straße, Nauener Platz, und Seestraße. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Osramhöfe) ist um die Ecke, wo es auch einen Netto & nen Späti gibt; ansonsten sind es 3-5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zur Müllerstraße, wo es alles gibt. Kneipen, Parks, Falafel und gute Pizza sind fix zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located right between the subway stations Osloer Straße, Nauener Platz and Seestraße. The tram (station Osramhöfe) is around the corner. Around the corner you will find Netto & Spätis; otherwise it is 3-5 minutes by bike to Müllerstraße, where you can get everything. Pubs, parks, falafel and good pizza are within walking distance.
Can you tell us your favourite place in Berlin? :)
Wir sind 3 ganz verschiedene Personen, alle anfang 30 und berufstätig. J. ist Ingenieur, P. ist Erzieherin und J. ist Ingenieurin.
Der WG-Interessenpool umfasst dabei Klettern, Film, Kultur, Sport, Musik, Wandern und Outdooraktivitäten, Technik und in Gänze ein humorvolles und zugleich ernstes Interesse an der Welt und ihren verschiedenen Facetten. Wir schätzen es sehr, dass wir hier bewusst miteinander leben, uns nach unseren jeweiligen Kapazitäten im Gemeinschaftlichen einbringen, Rücksicht und Interesse füreinander haben und wertschätzend und offen miteinander kommunizieren. Wir freuen uns darüber, wenn du ähnliche Vorstellungen von einem wohligen WG-Leben hast, dir eine nachhaltige Lebensführung am Herzen liegt und du Freude an humorvoller, lockerer Interaktion hast.
Da wir teilweise in der Wohnung arbeiten und auch sonst gerne eine schöne Zeit haben wollen, ist uns ein harmonisches Zusammenleben und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.
Bei uns ist mal mehr, mal weniger los; Filmegucken, Spiele, Abhängen finden wir gut.
Nachteile? die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und ja, es gibt keinen Aufzug und du solltest frühzeitig daran denken, womit du deine fleißigen Umzugshelfer:innen belohnen wirst.

We are 3 very different people, all in our early 30s. J. is an engineer, P. is a kindergarten teacher and J. is also an engineer. Our interests include climbing and bouldering, film, culture, sport, music, hiking and outdoor activities, technology and as a whole, a humorous yet serious interest in the world in it's many facettes. We really prioritise being considerate of each other and to contribute to WG life according to our different capacities. We care about each other and show interest in each other's wellbeing and value open communication. It would be great if you picture the same thing for a comfy WG life, if you care about sustainability and you enjoy a relaxed, fun approach to interactions.
Since we partly work in the apartment and in general like to have a good time, living together in harmony and cleanliness is very important to us.
Disadvantages? The flat is on 5th floor with no elevator so you should already plan in advance how you're gonna thank those hardworking friends who'll help you move in ;)
Sometimes there is more, sometimes less going on; watching movies, playing games, hanging out are good things for us. We often meet spontaneously in the living room or the balcony and like to chat.
Schreib' uns bitte unbedingt ein paar Zeilen über dich, deinen Alltag und Vorstellungen vom Zusammenleben, sodass wir einen ersten Eindruck von dir bekommen können (copy paste kommt nicht gut an)!!!!!! Wir möchten zeitnah zum Casting einladen. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn du dafür persönlich vorbekommen würdest; wir sind aber auch im digitalen Schnacken erprobt.
