Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen und hat eine Gesamtgröße von 160qm, (wobei 1 Zimmer nicht benutzbar ist und abgeschloßen wird) zuzüglich 90qm privatem Garten und einem Gemeinschaftsgarten von ca 200qm.
Die zu vermietenden Zimmer (16 qm) sind vollständig möbliert. Eins im Souterrain, eins im EG und ein weiteres im 1.OG. somit ist viel privatsphäre gegeben. Das Zimmer im Souterrain verfügt über ein privates Badezimmer. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich im EG mit Badewanne und das dritte im 1. OG ist ein Duschbad.
Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer (Zugang zum Garten) befinden sich im Erdgeschoß. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und sollte pfleglich behandelt werden. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollte eingehalten werden. In dem Haus wohnen ausschließlich Familien und daher werden Partys nicht geduldet.
Die Haltestelle (Bus 255) befindet sich mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Haustür. In ca. 5 min Fußweg erreicht man die Tram Station Friesickestr., zum Antonplatz sind es ca. 7-10 min. Fußweg.

The apartment is spread over 3 floors and has a total size of 160 sqm, (whereby 1 room is not usable and is locked) plus 90 sqm private garden and a communal garden of about 200 sqm.
The rooms for rent (16 sqm) are fully furnished. One in the basement, one on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor. thus a lot of privacy is given. The room in the basement has a private bathroom. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor with bathtub and the third on the 1st floor is a shower room.
The kitchen and the living room (access to the garden) are located on the ground floor. The furnishings are of very high quality and should be treated with care. Order and cleanliness should be observed. Only families live in the house and therefore parties are not tolerated.
The bus stop (bus 255) is more or less right on the doorstep. In about 5 minutes walk you reach the tram station Friesickestr., to Antonplatz it is about 7-10 minutes walk.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom Weißensee, ein schöner Ort um spazieren zu gehen. Die Lage ist für Berliner Verhältnisse ruhig trotz der Hauptstraße von der Tür. Der Garten bietet viel Ruhe und ein kleine Wohlfühloase. Hier sind ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, die Partymeile sucht man hier vergeblich. Aber Prenzlauer Berg ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt und man kommt mit der Tram direkt zur geliebten Kastanienallee oder auch Mauerpark.
The apartment is close to lake Weißensee, a nice place to go for a walk. The location is quiet by Berlin standards despite the main street from the door. The garden offers a lot of peace and a small oasis of well-being. Here are a few restaurants nearby, the party mile you look for here in vain. But Prenzlauer Berg is only a stone's throw away and you can take the tram directly to the beloved Kastanienallee or Mauerpark.
In der Wohnung werden 3 Schlafzimmer vermietet, jedes Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm gross. Ein grosser Ess,- Wohn,- Küchenbereich mit Gartenzugang dient als Gemeinschaftsraum. Rauchen ist nur auf der Terrasse erlaubt.
Der Gartenbereich muss ebenfalls gepflegt und sauber gehalten werden, alle drei Mitbewohner sind dafür verantwortlich.
