Furnished room in 65m² flat | Interim rental 3 - 12 months possible

The tram station Albertinenstr. is 100 m away. In a few minutes you are at the Ring-Bahn (S Greifswalder Straße) and also quickly in Mitte.

You need about 17 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz by public transport. According to Google, it also takes 17 minutes to get to Alex by bike.

The Weißer See is 600 m away and is ideal for short walks. I'd love to go there regularly.

Edeka and an organic store are within 100 m. Bio Company, Denns and Netto are within 8 minutes of walking distance.

McPaper (incl. DHL Paketshop), Hermes Paketshop, pharmacy and several bistros and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

I'm employed and accordingly busy during the week. Even on weekends I continuously follow some of my private projects. Nevertheless, I look forward to cooking together, walking, cycling or relaxing together on a Sunday - each with a book in hand.

For a couple of months, I already shared the flat. Furthermore, I lived in a 3 flat share with changing roommates in the past. There was never a cleaning plan there or any shared fund. Everyone just made sure to keep it reasonably clean and tidy. Let's see what works for us.

In my experience, it is important that everyone has similar ideas about living together. Each person has some particularly important ideas as well as some non-negotiable necessities. In the following, I have therefore tried to write down my expectations, wishes and needs so that you can quickly assess whether we would be a good fit :)
