I'm leaving my room in Wilmersdorf-Schöneberg at the end of Mrach and would like to find someone for the remaining time of my rent contract. You will be leaving with Ricky, a nice, uncomplicated roomate. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and I'm also going to leave few things in the room (matress, place for clothes, a table- we can talk about it!)
The price is flexible and moving in could also be possible before April although you'll be paying only for a month.

Hallo,
ich verlasse mein Zimmer in Wilmersdorf-Schöneberg Ende März und möchte gerne jemanden für die restliche Zeit meines Mietvertrags finden. Du wirst mit Ricky wohnen, einem netten, unkomplizierten Mitbewohner. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet, und ich werde auch ein paar Sachen im Zimmer lassen (Matratze, Garderobe, einen Tisch - was alles genau bleibt können wir gerne bequatschen!).
Der Preis ist verhandelbar, und ein Einzug könnte auch vor April möglich sein, obwohl du nur für einen Monat bezahlen würdest.
Melde dich bei Fragen :) Dann können wir auch eine Zeit für eine Wohnungsbesichtigung finden.
