Zum 1. Oktober (oder ein paar Tage später) suche ich eine:n Mitbewohner:in zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Oktober.
Dein Zimmer hat einen tollen Balkon quasi zwischen den Baumkronen und ist ca 26qm groß. Es ist möbliert mit Couch (eine andere als auf dem Bild), Schreibtisch, Ikea Regal und Bett.
Die Wohnung ist ein wundervoll heller, frisch- und liebevoll sanierter Altbau mit Dielen und liegt im 4. OG.

For the month of October, there's a room available in my sunny apartment.
Your room has a wonderful balcony and is about 26sqm. It's furnished with a couch (another one than in the picture), desk, Ikea shelf, bed.
The apartment itself is a wonderfully bright, fresh and lovingly renovated in an old building apartment with floorboards. Located on the 4th floor.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und freundlich, hat den Volkspark für schöne Spaziergänge, sowie einen McFit in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Mit der Ringbahn und S9 bist du hier mega gut angebunden. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten an den Ku'damm, nach Schöneberg oder innerhalb von 20 Minuten nach Kreuzberg. Falls du Auto fährst: die Stadtautobahn ist fix zu erreichen, davon hört man aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung jedoch so gut wie nix.

The area is quiet and friendly, has the Volkspark for nice walks and a McFit nearby. Supermarkets are nearby. The area of Bundesplatz, where the apartment is located, is super well connected with the Ringbahn and U9. By bike it takes not even 15 minutes to go to Ku'damm or Schöneberg; Kreuzberg would be a 20 minute ride. In case you're a car person: The city highway is within reach, but due to the location of the apartment, you can't really hear it.
Ich freue mich über jemanden der:die selbstständig unterwegs ist, da ich in der Zeit vermutlich nur selten da bin. Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit sind mir besonders wichtig, da ich die Wohnung Ende des Monats an den Vermieter übergeben muss.

I'm looking for someone who is independent, as I probably won't be around much. Reliability and cleanliness are especially important to me, as I have to hand over the apartment to the landlord at the end of the month.
