Bitte KEIN Jobcenter, Bürgergeld oder ALF! Wir wünschen uns einen Mieter mit geregeltem Einkommen und pünktlicher Mietzahlung. Ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit und gute Umgangsformen sind selbstverständlich.
BITTE BEACHTEN! DAS ZIMMER WURDE KOMPLETT RENOVIERT UND NEU MÖBLIERT!
Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 3 Monaten ist natürlich auch eine normale Anmeldung möglich und die Mietzahlung erfolgt für 3 Monate im Vorraus - zuzüglich der hier angegebenen Mietsicherheit (Kaution).
Die Wohnung hat 3 separate Zimmer, ca. 63qm und ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht.
Es gibt einen Balkon, der von einem der anderen Zimmer aus erreichbar ist.
In unserer WG lässt es sich gut leben ;)

Please NO Jobcenter, social welfare, or unemployment benefits! We are looking for a tenant with a stable income and timely rent payment. A minimum level of cleanliness and good manners are expected.
PLEASE NOTE! THE ROOM HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND NEWLY FURNISHED!
For a rental period of more than 3 months, a normal registration is, of course, possible, and the rent payment is made in advance for 3 months - plus the security deposit (deposit) stated here.
The apartment has 3 separate rooms, approx. 63sqm, and is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for living.
There is a balcony accessible from one of the other rooms.
Living in our flatshare is enjoyable ;)
DE >> Sehr gute S- und U-Bahn-Anbindung. 5 S-Bahnstationen bis Gesundbrunnen und von dort ist alles gut zu erreichen.
Vom Lebensgefühl würde ich sagen, dass in der Nähe der S1 Berlin-Wittenau - vergleichbar mit Pankow & Wedding - bunt und multikulturell.
Dann weiter Richtung Wohnung wird es sehr angenehm und grün von der Umgebung. Ein Park Ein Teil mit Wald & See ist in der Nähe.
Die Straße ist ruhig und man kann die Fenster in der Wohnung ohne Probleme offen halten.
Alles in allem eine gute Mischung aus Stadtnähe und genug Platz um abseits des Trubels zu leben.

In terms of lifestyle, I would say that near the S1 Berlin-Wittenau - comparable to Pankow & Wedding - colourful and multicultural.
Then further towards the flat, the neighbourhood becomes very pleasant and green. A park part with forest & lake is nearby.
The street is quiet and you can keep the windows open in the flat without any problems.
All in all, a good mix of proximity to the city and enough space to live away from the hustle and bustle.
DE >> Ein nettes Miteinander und positiver Einfluss, genügend eigene Freiräume und ab und zu gemeinsam essen/kochen wäre schön!
Wir mögen es sauber und ordentlich. Damit man sich zusammen wohl fühlt.
Alles andere kann man dann vor Ort erleben.
In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht, dafür gibt es einen schönen Balkon...
