Hallo, ich vermiete 1 Zimmer plus Gemeinschaftsbereich für die nächsten 3 Tage.
Bist du neu in Berlin und willst von hier aus weitersuchen nach einer festen Bleibe? Oder suchst du oder ihr nach einer Fewo um die teuren Hostel- oder Hotelkosten zu vermeiden?
Es geht um eins der beiden Zimmer auf der einen Seite meiner großen Wohnung (siehe Fotos), Es gibt einen seperaten Eingang zu der betreffenden Seite, dort gibt es einen Flur, Küche, Bad. Und es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Balkon, der (sehr selten mal) auch von mir, Hilde, 55, Grundschullehrerin, und meiner Tochter, 17, Abiturientin, mit genutzt wird. Wir haben aber auf unserer Seite (2. Hälfte der sehr großen Whg) einen eigenen Eingang und eine große Küche usw., so dass wir das Gemeinschaftszimmer nur sehr selten mitbenutzen.
Für das eine Zimmer wurde nun jemand gefunden, ein freundlicher Mensch in Ausbildung, M, 22. Das andere Zimmer steht jetzt noch zur kurzfristigen Vermietung.
Die Vermietung ist zunächst auf 1 Woche bis 10 Tage begrenzt, kann aber u.U. verlängert werden.
40 Euro ist die Miete pro Nacht für das Zimmer bei Belegung mit einer Person. 50 Euro für zwei Personen pro Nacht. Der Gemeinschaftbereich kann immer mit benutzt werden zum essen an dem großen Tisch zum Beispiel! Es gibt auch einen tollen Gemeinschaftgarten!
Wenn ihr in Ausbildung seid, meldet euch bei mir und wir können evtl. über den Preis von einmal sprechen...

Hello, I am renting 1 room plus common area for the next 3 days.
Are you new in Berlin and want to continue looking for a permanent place to stay? Or are you looking for a room to stay to avoid the expensive hostel or hotel costs?
It's about one of the two rooms on one side of my large apartment (see photos), there is a separate entrance to the side in question, there is a hallway, kitchen, bathroom. And there is a large common room with a balcony, which is also used (very rarely) by me, Hilde, 55, a primary school teacher, and my daughter, 17, a high school graduate. However, on our side (2nd half of the very large apartment) we have our own entrance and a large kitchen, etc., so we rarely use the shared room.
Someone has now been found for one room, a friendly person in training, M, 22. The other room is still available for short-term rental.
The rental is initially limited to 1 week to 10 days, but can be extended under certain circumstances.
40 Euro is the rent per night for the room when (one person only). 50 Euro for two people. The common area can always be used to eat at the large table, for example! There is also a great community garden!

Die Whg. ist in Zehlendorf, Nähe FU-Berlin. Nähe Behring Krankenhaus. Von der S-Zehlendorf sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Busstationen. Die Bushaltestelle liegt vor der Tür.
Wenn Interesse besteht, meldet euch einfach (per WhatsApp oder auf diesem Portal) und ich kann die Situation mit dem Zimmer dann genauer erklären.
Die Miete muss vor Einzug komplett bezahlt werden. Keine Anmeldung bei der kurzen Zeit möglich. Die Mieter/innen sollten bitte eine Haftpflichtversicherung vorweisen können.
