Looking for SINGLE-ROOM or FLAT, from July or August, well-connected to Alexanderplatz by public transport. I'm Lorenzo Gaggini, 25 years old, originally from Bologna (Italy). I've lived for the last 2 years in Copenhagen, where I completed my Master. Now I have found job in a company in Berlin, where I will start working in a couple of weeks. I would prefer a furnished room/flat, but I'm open to other solutions.
About me: I have been living in shared apartments with other flatmates for the last 3 years. I am a super tidy, responsible and respectfull person. I'm that kind of flatmate who likes to fix issues in the apartment, always taking my share of cleaning duties. I have been the responsible person managing the contract for a flat of 4 people, ensuring everyone pays on time and that all bills were settled. On top of this, I am the flatmate you can spend an evening with, chilling and talking about life. I speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently, plus little Danish.
