Unkomplizierter Typ sucht Zimmer in netter WG

Hallo,

ich bin Jörn und suche ein Zimmer in einer netten WG. Ich bin 36 Jahre alt (gefühlte 26^^), echter Berliner (ein freundlicher! Es gibt ja dieses Klischee...), wohne zur Zeit in Lichtenberg zur Zwischenmiete und arbeite angestellt als Webdesigner. Ich bin zwar Nichtraucher, jedoch bin ich da nicht extrem militant, solange Ihr in eurem eigenen Zimmer raucht, ist das ok.

Falls ihr einen Putzplan habt, ist das für mich in Ordnung. Außerdem denke ich, dass man generell die Gemeinschaftsräume so hinterlässt wie man sie vorfindet. Ich habe keine Tierallergien.

Vielleicht noch etwas zu meinen Ernährungsgewohnheiten: Ich koche gerne regelmäßig und mag es frische Lebensmittel zuzubereiten, bin allerdings nicht vegan. Ich habe aber aus ethischen Gründen mein Fleischkonsum reduziert aber erwarte das von Keinem.

Was ich so in meiner Freizeit mache: Ich spiele seit einigen Jahren Bass in einer Sludge Metal Band. Das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass ich auch zu Hause krach brauche, eher im Gegenteil. Musik ist jedoch ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens, daher gehe ich oft auf Konzerte. Musikalisch bin ich sehr offen und höre diverse Musikstile. Man kann gerne mit mir ein Bier trinken und einfach oder tiefgründig plaudern oder auch schweigen. Ich gehe regelmäßig in die Natur und mag es die Landschaft in und um Berlin zu erkunden.

Was ich von dem WG-Leben erwarte: Ich wünsche es mir etwas ruhiger, dass soll jedoch nicht heißen, dass es nicht auch WG-Partys geben darf. Nur bevorzuge ich, wenn es Werktags abends (ab 23 Uhr) einigermaßen ruhig ist, Wochenende ist egal...

Viele Inserenten fragen immer nach Social Media Profilen: Das ist dann wohl meine Achillesferse, da ich Facebook seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr aktiv nutze sondern nur noch Inhalten (Bands usw.) folge, die mich interessieren. Ich empfinde diese Reizflut auf Socialmedia etwas zu heftig und habe mich dem entzogen. Das kann jeder handhaben wie er will aber ich hoffe dass dieser Umstand nicht meine WG-Suche benachteiligt.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich Euer Zimmer anschauen dürfte.

I'm Jörn and would be interested in a room in a nice shared room? I'm 36 years old (felt like 26^^).I'm a real Berliner (a friendly one! There is indeed this cliché ...), currently live in Lichtenberg for interim rent and work employed as a web designer. Although I'm a non-smoker, I'm not extremely militant about this, as long as you smoke in your own room, that's fine.

If you have a cleaning plan, that's fine with me. In addition, I think that you generally leave the common rooms as you find them. I do not have any animal allergies.

Maybe something to my eating habits: I like to cook regularly and like to prepare fresh food, but I'm not vegan. But for ethical reasons, I have reduced my meat consumption but do not expect that from anyone.

What I do in my free time: I have been playing bass in a sludge metal band for several years. However, that does not mean that I need noise at home, rather the opposite. But music is an important part of my life, so I often go to concerts. Musically, I am very open and listen to various styles of music. You are welcome to drink a beer with me and to chat simply or profoundly or to remain silent. I go to nature regularly and like to explore the landscape in and around Berlin.

What I expect from the flat share life: I wish it a little quieter, but that does not mean that there should not be a WG party from time to time. I just prefer, if it is reasonably quiet on weekday evenings (from 23 o'clock).

Many advertisers always ask for social media profiles: This is probably my Achilles heel, since I no longer actively use Facebook for some time.I just follow only content that interest me (bands, etc.). I feel this torrent on social media a bit too violent and have escaped. Anyone can handle this as he wants but I hope that this circumstance does not disadvantage my WG search.
