The room with hardwood floors is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and brand new Beyosa mattress, and modern / mid century modern furniture including a steel clothing rack with shelving, a large wooden dresser, a wooden antique school desk, stool, storage chest, and wooden side table. There are plants in the room however you could move those should you prefer not to have them. There is a washer and a clothes dryer.
The altbau is located on a quiet part of a bustling intersection in Neukolln with a balcony, bathtub, washing machine and dryer, hardwood floors, high ceilings, decorated in a retro-mid-century modern style with lots of plants. The apartment is situated one block from the theater, restaurants, cafes, parks, etc. It is a 3 minute walk from the Landwehr Canal. Please write me with the word "toothpaste" in the message so I know you've read my summary and please include some info about yourself and we can arrange a time for you to come by to see the apartment.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the m4 / 166 / M43 busses, a 10 minute bus ride to the U8, an 8 minute walk to the u7 Rathaus Neukolln, and a 7 minute bus ride to S Sonnenallee. It is located a short bus or bike ride from Tempelhofer Feld and Treptower Park.
**I am searching for a tenant who is employed full-time and can provide work contract, can provide a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , respects Germany's "quiet hours" and understands that this is a flat filled with families and other working professionals. This is not a party flat. **
The flatmate (34) is generally working full-time or at his music studio in Berlin, though up for chats or a meal here and there together! He also has a dog who is older and quiet. You'll find the pup eating, going for walks, or simply sleeping in his bed in his room.
Cupboards in kitchen and bathroom have been cleared to make way for your space! Spices are provided and normally housemates would split costs of things like toilet paper / olive oil and whatnot. Of course this is up for the two of you to agree upon together.
All kitchen cooking equipment (including coffee makers & milk frother, cast iron pans, cutlery flatware, juicer, sandwich press, kitchen towels etc), provided.
Note: because these photos were taken over the last year the furniture is there but likely in different locations in the room.

Important note: Simply put, this is not a party WG. Parties, large dinner parties, lots of guests and loud music are not welcome as it is a quiet building full of families and professionals often working from home. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. No downloading media allowed due to strict regulations in Germany. Treat this apartment like you would your grandmother's house : )
