My name is Behzad, and I am 35 years old. I have been living in Berlin for almost 2 years. I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate (preferably female).
***The rental period can be extended. The apartment does not have registration (Anmeldung) possibility.***
The apartment is 54 square meters, there are two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Your room is 15 m2 and it is partially furnished, there is a desk, a chair and a new mattress in the room. The electricity and internet are included in the rent.
I smoke, but we cannot smoke inside the house. The apartment is quiet and the hallway and entrance stairs are being renovated.
It is an excellent location. The distance to the subway station U9 is 2 minutes walk and to U6 is 10 minutes walk.
There are multiple restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Also Supermarkets (Penny and Lidl) are 9 minutes away. If you have a car, you won't have much problem finding a parking space. With the U9 metro, there is easy access to all areas of the city.
I prefer students or employees. I am eagerly looking for cultural exchange with different cultures. Furthermore, I understand German, but I need to practice more to be fluent. Interested in politics, sports, and watching comedy series and movies. I am currently working.
