The room is spacious and full of light. It has a huge window that overlooks a park. The floor is made of parquet and brings more light inside the apartment. It has a king sized bed with shelves, a small desk, a L-shaped sofa and a couch. There’s also a big mirror wardrobe, but it cannot ve used at all (ask for more information about this detail). The overall aesthetic of the room is elegant and classic, but not too old fashioned. Easy to access and practical!
You can find a total of 8 different bus stops by walking up to 2 minutes. To reach the nearest U-bahnstation you should either take one of the buses or walk for 12 minutes. There is a S-bahnstation around 15 minutes walking. To reach Alexanderplatz you only need to travel for 25 minutes with the U-bahn!
The apartment is fairly well connected but also benefits the fact that it is situated in a quiet area.
If you study at HTW you can reach the uni by walking 15 minutes or by taking a 9 minutes ride with the bus.
You can go grocery shopping at the nearest Penny or Rewe, they both can be reached by either walking (which I suggest) or by bus. There’s also Netto, DM, Rossmann and othe small restaurants and bakers.

There’s a zoo 15 minutes walking from the apartment (Tierpark) if you like this kind of attractions and it’s perfect for festivities activities.
The flatmate is a woman. We share the chores in the apartment, once a week the whole place needs to be cleaned but that takes only 20 min usually. We have quite a lot of supply already so you probably won’t need to buy anything, unless you see that it is missing. Do not hesitate to ask me for stuff before buying it, because most likely I have it already. It’s important that all the shared spaces are kept clean and organized. In the room you can do however you want XD as long as when I come back it is still livable! The apartment has a fridge, an oven, unfortunately the washing machine needs some repairing!!! There are rules on how to use some of the equipment, but for the most part it’s basically always available. Before using anything make sure to ask me directly via chat.

If you break anything please don’t panic, I’m a student and I perfectly understand how much stressful it is to live in a place that isn’t 100% yours. Keep in mind that you’re also helping me out, because if it wasn’t for you the room would be empty.
