From February 1st, we will provide a comfortable private room with furniture in Rankwitz (for long-term stays *more than 6 months)
I moved into this WG in April of last year and have lived here for over half a year. Now it's time to say something nice.
Rent is warm 550€ deposit 1000€
I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to take over from me.
The room is fully furnished and has everything you need for life (table, shelf, mattress)
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates and cooking utensils, so please feel free to use them.
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Our working group is very international and our common language is English. Therefore, you won't have any problems communicating with your flatmates.
We currently have one LGBTQ person and two vegans or vegetarians. I think the working group is quite multicultural.
Our flatmates are very friendly and easy to talk to.
We sometimes go out together.
The most important thing is that you can officially obtain an ammeldung from your landlord.
I had just moved to Berlin. I had a hard time finding an apartment that offered Ammeldung. You can find it here

Although located on the outskirts of the city, the connection to the center is quite good. From Atirastor and Zdende there are trains S2 and S26 that take you to the city center in 15 minutes. Buses to these stations stop every 10 minutes and will arrive at the station within 5 minutes.
