I am looking to sublet my room for March or April (I have some flexibility with the dates) while im traveling.
The room is around 25m2 large with a large balcony facing East so you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine (hopefully there will be some sunny days in March) while looking directly at Schönhauser Allee. The room is equipped with everything that you need and I will store my things away ao you’ll have enough room for your stuff. The apartment was renovated a few years ago so the windows are pretty sound-proof.
The apt is located a few minutes from S Schönhauser Allee, in the beautiful Prenzlauberg neighborhood. You’ll be connected to Ringbahn, U2 and trams within walking distance.
You have everything you need close by: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a small mall and of course Döner and Späti ;)
My roommate is a young professional woman (26), she is very social and clean. We had a great vibe and created a cozy atmosphere, with spending some evenings just sitting in the kitchen with a glass of wine and talking but we also have great respect for each other’s privacy. She would like to live with someone in a similarly friendly, easy-going atmosphere (no Zweck-WG). She speaks fluent German and English so internationals are equally welcome! We are LGBTQI friendly and would like to have someone with the same mindset :)
The room will be available for sublet March 1st-31st, there’s some flexibility with the dates but it won’t be more than one month. The total rent is 1,100€ (which is what I’m paying for it currently)+ a deposit.
