Hello, da meine Partnerin für einen Monat nach Leipzig zieht vermieten wir eins der Zimmer unserer Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat einen großzügigen Arbeitsplatz, Verstaumöglichkeiten, eine Recamiere und ein Klappbett. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über angenehm hell.

Hello, as my partner is moving to Leipzig for a month, we are renting out one of the rooms in our apartment. The room has a spacious workplace, storage space, a recamiere and a folding bed. The room is bright all day long.
Wir wohnen im ruhigen Friedenau. Ein Kiosk ist direkt vor der Tür und die Schlossstraße ist nicht weit, wo Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U- und S-bahn fahren.

We live in quiet Friedenau. There is a kiosk right outside the door and Schlossstraße is not far away, where you can go shopping and take the underground and suburban train.
Die Wohnung hat 3 weitere Zimmer. Die Küche ist geräumig und hat einen Esszimmertisch, an dem entspannt zu dritt oder viert gesessen werden kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Ich werde in dem Zeitraum das Schafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer nutzen. Voraussichtlich werde ich einen Teil der Zeit nicht da sein, in dieser Zeit kann das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon mitbenutzt werden. Immoment arbeite ich Vollzeit und bin deshalb vor Allem unter der Woche sehr beschäftigt.

The apartment has 3 further rooms. The kitchen is spacious and has a dining room table where three or four people can sit and relax. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
I will be using the sheep room and the living room during this period. I will probably be away for part of the time, during which time the living room and balcony can also be used. At the moment I work full time and am therefore very busy, especially during the week.
Es wäre schön wenn du für einen Monat ein Zimmer suchst. Wir sind relativ flexibel was den Mietbeginng angeht. Wenn du früher einziehen möchtest dann sollte das kein Problem sein. Schreib uns gerne einfach eine kurze Nachricht :)

It would be nice if you were looking for a room for a month. We are relatively flexible when it comes to the start of the tenancy. If you want to move in earlier, that shouldn't be a problem. Just send us a short message :)
