I‘m looking to sublet my room for 6months since i‘m going to study in Vienna for a semester. My roommate (32F) is a very lovely photographer based in Berlin. The room is about 21sqm and it‘s fully furnished but i‘m gonna take my blankets, pillow, and bedsheets to Vienna. There‘s a 50inch flat TV that you can use. There‘s no living room but the kitchen is big enough to host a dinner with some friends. No party. Anmeldung is NOT possible. 420 friendly.
The apartment is near Soho House, only 2min to tram M2 and 3 Tram stations from Alexanderplatz. There’s plenty of supermarkets nearby (3mins to Netto, about 10mins to Rewe, DM, Budni, Bioladen) and Edeka (6mins). U2 Senefelderplatz is about 9mins away.
There‘s 200€ kaution for the furniture that you‘re gonna use, of course you‘ll get it back if everything‘s alright. We also speak german :)
Tram M2 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und nur 3 Stationen bis Alexanderplatz. U2 Senefelderplatz ist ca. 9min.
